Bicolor Farm is located in an area well known for it fine farms and hunting plantations. It has an excellent wildlife habitat, especially for deer, turkeys and doves. 

There are eight crop fields situated through the woodlands. The fields are leased to a nearby farmer and this year planted in peanuts.

The field edges contain partridge peas, bicolor lespedeza and other grasses and shrubs for quail food and cover.

The woodlands contain large pines and hardwoods; home to deer and wild turkeys.

A small creek drain runs through the property providing water for all animals.
